Kimberley is a cheerful young woman who brings a certain sense of relaxation and calm. She takes on tasks proactively, does not get flustered, and always keeps the guest experience in mind. Her helpfulness, flexibility, and sense of hospitality are truly what make her stand out in our team. With her positive attitude, she creates a pleasant and open work atmosphere in our team. Bo brings a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the team with his cheerful and positive energy. He radiates calmness, never gets flustered, and has an uncanny ability to sense what guests need—sometimes even before they realize it themselves. With his keen eye for detail and genuine enthusiasm, he always goes the extra mile to make every stay unforgettable. Although he started with little hotel experience, he has fully immersed himself in the role, approaching everything with openness and enthusiasm. Nothing is too much for him, and with his friendly and helpful attitude, he is a colleague you can always rely on.

Chayenna is quick and notices everything. Before you can even blink your eyes, she has already noticed small errors, discrepancies or opportunities worth exploring. 
She is a hard worker and eager to learn new things every day. As a colleague she is fun to work with, she does not bounce back from challenges and dares to make decisions in hectic and challenging situations. An amazing teamplayer we are grateful to have on board.

Wienai started his career with us at the reception desk and returned as a Sales & Support Employee after a period working elsewhere. During his time away, he stayed connected by regularly stepping in to support the reception team. In his current role, he combines his passion for numbers with a keen eye for improving sales and efficiency. Proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player, Wienai is always ready to support his colleagues and tackles every challenge with enthusiasm. His positive energy and contagious charisma make him an indispensable asset to our team.

Vasilka brings a festive atmosphere to our team. On special occasions, she always ensures there are flowers, a decorated staff canteen, small treats, or snacks. Vasilka rarely complains but unfortunately, she tends to be a bit unlucky. For example, she often bumps her head while cleaning the shower or accidentally locks herself out. Fortunately, she always manages to laugh about it afterward.

Phoebe has a curious mind and enjoys understanding how things work and why. Once she figures something out, she draws motivation from it and immediately puts her knowledge into practice. With her keen observation skills and smart approach, she quickly grasps the hotel's operations and knows exactly where she can step in. Her eagerness to learn and determination make her a valuable colleague who always works with full focus and insight. And with her cheerful chatter, she creates a warm and lively atmosphere within the team.

Merel started as a receptionist at the Front Office, but her passion for social media quickly led her to a role in Sales & Marketing. She now focuses entirely on Marketing, strengthening our brand with creative ideas and improved communication channels. Together with Wienai (Sales & Support), she works on enhancing the hotel's growth, efficiency, and visibility. Merel is proactive, enthusiastic, and inspiring, with a talent for rallying the entire team. She is motivated, supportive, and never shies away from a challenge.

Meyke is modest, loyal, and patient, and has been a valued member of our Housekeeping team since 2018. She is highly regarded within our company for her meticulous housekeeping skills, always keeping her hotel rooms exceptionally tidy. Meyke is proactive in suggesting improvements and efficient work distribution strategies. Despite jokes about her length, she remains unruffled and never complains. She is flexible, and we can always count on her.

Colleagues like to call Ingrida "the tornado". She has a super-fast work pace and makes up our hotel beds impeccably neat – something no one has matched yet. Ingrida is dependable, deeply passionate about her work, and strives for perfection. She enjoys mentoring new colleagues, sharing her "tips and tricks" with correct guidance. Beyond her professional qualities, Ingrida also brings a good dose of humor to the workplace, which is invaluable during busy days.

With her passion for hospitality and background in PR and communication, Sophie ensures that both guests and employees feel welcome while maintaining the hotel’s positive reputation.

If you are lucky, you might get a treat too—Silviya is an excellent baker. Besides her attentive nature, Silviya is a helpful and hardworking colleague whom we can always rely on. She loves getting the job done and works thoroughly and efficiently with excellent results.

Every day, Samara is ready to greet our guests with a smile, and her calm work demeanor helps her maintain composure during busier times. Providing guest service is something from which Samara derives a lot of positive energy, and no request is too much for her. She easily carries bags and suitcases upstairs, and with the help of language programs, no language is too difficult for her. Samara is optimistic and with her attentive demeanor she always finds a way.

As the only Dutch lady in our Housekeeping team, Sophie brings a wonderful balance. She is not only very intelligent and helpful but also an empath with great capacity for understanding others. Sophie is a great sparring partner and collaborates well with others. Her strength lies in organizing and arranging, skills she applies daily in her work and is eager to pass on to the other ladies in our Housekeeping team.

Tammy her enthusiasm is truly infectious, no matter the time of day. She has a genuine interest in everyone, is always ready to help others, and jumps in wherever needed. During the busiest moments, Tammy can sometimes be a bit chaotic, which often makes us laugh afterward. For her, nothing is too crazy. She embraces every challenge with open arms and a positive attitude.

Rosanna is very flexible, and we can always count on her. She may be small, but she is certainly not afraid of hard work. We often see her walking through the halls with high stacks of linens, her face no longer visible, which always brings moments of laughter to the workplace.

Her practical mindset and no-nonsense approach make her a valuable asset to our team. Sophie embraces challenges and consistently demonstrates flexibility, always going the extra mile for both our guests and her colleagues. Her ambition to grow into a General Manager role in the coming years aligns perfectly with our vision for talent development, and we are happy to support her in achieving her dreams.

Maria is one of the vibrant personalities in our team, always up for a friendly chat and with an infectious energy that puts everyone at ease. She knows how to keep the atmosphere lively and positive in the workplace. Alongside her sociable nature, Maria is also a true go-getter. She takes her housekeeping work seriously and ensures that everything is perfectly organized. Family is everything to Maria. She is incredibly proud of her family and finds great joy in cooking Hungarian dishes.
