Room Attendant

We are a Boutique Hotel with 72 rooms, known for our personal service and exceptional attention to detail. We choose to manage the cleaning of our rooms in-house rather than outsourcing it to an external party. We value the involvement of our teams and are looking for someone who is committed to working with us for the long term. You will fit in our team if you have a passion for cleaning, are willing to share your ideas with colleagues, and are flexible in your availability. As a team, we work hard and efficiently, and never forget to have fun in between as well.

As a Room Attendant you will contribute to our unique atmosphere, ensuring our guests always stay in a fresh and inviting space. Do you have experience in cleaning, a passion for hospitality, and are you looking for a long-term job? If so, we would love to welcome you to our team.
 

What you will be doing:

• Cleaning hotel rooms after guest departures.
• Replenishing and caring for rooms of guests staying multiple nights.
• Maintaining various storage areas.
• Sorting linen (incoming and outgoing).
• Counting and keeping track of supplies such as cleaning products and amenities.
• Performing periodic tasks, including deep cleaning windows and frames, bathroom grout, and descaling coffee machines and kettles.

What we like to see in you:

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
• Good communication and social skills for efficient collaboration with colleagues.
• Willingness to share ideas and ask questions to foster a pleasant work environment.
• Openness to receiving feedback for personal development and providing feedback to others.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends between 8:30 am - 5 pm (minimum of 2 days). Contract hours are negotiable.
• Attention to quality and detail.
• Physical capability to perform heavy tasks.
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required. We have an experienced team eager to teach you our standards.
